Payment terms

When finalizing an order in our store, you can choose from several available payment methods.

One of them is secure online payments Przelewy24. Thanks to them, you have the opportunity, among other things, to make a quick online transfer, pay by credit card, and even spread the purchase on installments. Internet payments, compared to ordinary transfers, are much faster and more convenient - our store receives immediate confirmation of such a payment and thanks to this we can immediately proceed to process the order.

Delivery rules

For regular shipments, orders placed and settled by 2:00 pm will be shipped on the same day.

For pallet shipments, orders placed and settled by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day.

For orders with a value of goods over 1000 PLN net, delivery within Poland is made at our expense.

Customers from European Union countries

In the case of sole traders, we require the confirmed European VAT number of the customer's company in order to process an order with a 0% VAT rate.

For individuals, the goods will be taxed at a rate of 23% VAT, in accordance with the laws of Poland.

Deliveries are made via courier companies to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Isle of Man.

The shipping cost is €35 net for orders with goods up to €300 net and will be automatically added to the shopping cart during order processing.

For orders of goods with a net value of more than EUR 300, delivery is made at our expense.

The approximate delivery time of the goods is 2 - 5 working days.

The available form of payment for overseas shipment is prepayment by bank transfer. It is not possible to ship goods on delivery.

Customers outside the European Union

In the case of customers coming from outside the EU, it is not possible to finalize the order in our online store due to individual valuation of transport costs. If you are interested in our offer, please contact our Sales Department.
