SHIPPING OF GOODS AND ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

We offer our customers the choice of a convenient shipping method, so we can quickly and efficiently deliver the goods ordered in our online store.

Customers from Poland

The shipping method is chosen in the second step during the checkout process. The ordered goods:

• Can be picked up in person at our company’s office at ul. Konstantynowska 34, 94-303 Łódź during business hours.
• Can be shipped via courier FEDEX, DPD or RABEN to the address provided by you in the order (prepayment or cash on delivery).
• Can be sent to parcel lockers InPost or parcel machines DHL, DPD and Orlen with delivery to the specified pickup point (prepayment only).

These delivery methods are carried out on business days. The shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the goods and is automatically calculated when adding goods to the cart and completing the order.

Saturday delivery is available through InPost parcel lockers or via courier in selected cities for an additional fee – in this case, please contact our Sales Department.

Shipping times:

• Standard shipments: Orders placed and paid for by 13:00 will be shipped the same day.
• Pallet shipments: Orders placed and paid for by 11:00 will be shipped the same day.

For online orders of goods worth more than 1230 PLN (or the equivalent in EUR and CZK), we cover the shipping cost within Poland.

Customers from the European Union

For business customers who wish to place an order with a VAT rate of 0%, when entering their details, they must fill in the company name and the European VAT number. The prices will automatically be converted to net, and the validity of the VAT number will be verified in the VIES system.

For private individuals, the goods will be taxed with a 23% VAT rate, in accordance with the regulations in Poland.

Deliveries are carried out via courier companies: DPD, TNT, Raben, and SUUS to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy.

Shipping to other EU countries is subject to individual pricing.

The shipping cost for orders of goods up to 1230 PLN (or the equivalent in EUR and CZK) will be added to the cart after selecting the courier during checkout.

For orders of goods worth more than 1230 PLN net (or the equivalent in EUR and CZK), we cover the shipping cost.

Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 business days.

The available payment method for international shipping is prepayment. Cash on delivery is not available.

Customers Outside the European Union

For customers from outside the EU (including the United Kingdom and Norway), shipping costs and customs clearance are subject to individual pricing.
